The property is near SM Baguio and very convenient since there’s stores nearby, Sir William also let us check in earlier, over all it was very good, we enjoyed our stay at this place.

we didn’t expect there’s a sudden blackout but then the electricity will be back again after a few minutes, other than that it’s all good.

The room is dirty toilet is moldy shower tiles is dirty extra mattress is filty so many cokroach in floor the room is not pleasant

Mr Aquino responded quickly to our queries. He made the booking process so easy. The building has shops on the ground floor, very accessible to our needs. Extra linens available. Towels provided. Hot Water pressure is good. Internet is good.

Just minor things. The bathroom needs toilet tissue and hand soap supply. The entire room needs air freshener . The mattress is not thick enough. Kitchen pans are old, needs new set.

The unit is clean and presentable. But need to have aircon in case the weather is hot. During that time the weather is really hot

The access to carpark too steep. It will hit the bumper of our van. So our van had to park to the carpark in the burnham. But it is too inconvenient

The service is excellent. The unit is clean.

A little bit of clutter under the lounge table but understandable for guests with kids.
