GBLocation was good The downstairs sofa bed was good,
The beds in the property where not comfortable. When sleeping the springs can be felt and stop you from having a comfortable night. The front bedroom windows are not really sound proof or close tightly to stop noise coming in. Everything outside can be heard, eg a car going past, two people having a conversation while they walk past. This stops you from having a decent night's sleep.

Lack of communication between the landlord and agent, we were given thumsup to checkout late and than on the day came an hour early and requesting to checkout as had to clean and had other guest, it was too much hassle and disappointing
