Nice area, nice view, room was ok

No AC in the living room. Uncomfortably hot. Way too expensive. I only got it because I made a mistake on the app.

It is 1 bedroom service apartment with ample space, location is great and very safe as well as accessible easily.

Wifi is good but it drops when you are in the bedroom, you have to be in living area to make use of wifi. Kitchen did not have any kind of towel to clean, even when I asked they did not provide any. Hot water kettle will overheat and make handle extremely hot. They said apartment is rented for 2 people, but pots and pans provided are very big. It was hard for me to find small one to boil 1/2 liter milk.

- The photos matched the actual condition of the property. - Self contained unit.

The payment wasn't made by booking.com at the time of booking. The confirmation received during the booking was only a reservation and not a payment confirmation. So the full payment had to be made at the hotel which makes it confusing and cumbersome.

"Convenient location for us to meet family."

The staff are very helpful and polite. The location is quiet and away from SB Road. It is close to the Pavilion Mall. The Mall food court has a variety of food options.

It is in a quiet street but walking around the area is difficult . The building is at the top of a slope.The rates are high for the quality of the apartment.

The staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful and attentive. Indian breakfast, great variety every morning, very tasty. We felt very comfortable. Beds were firm but proved excellent for our backs. Kitchen facilities were great. Everything was clean There was someone to meet us when we arrived at 5 am! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Small capacity hot water system.
