Private Villa with Pool near Disney

La villa è perfetta, ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno da sogno. Spaziosa, pulita, luminosa.

From the outset Martin and Steph were extremely great hosts and they made sure we had all information required in one easy message so no confusion when checking in. This was great for us as we arrived quite late after some delayed flights. They answered all questions we had prior to arrival and were kind enough to ask the maids if we could have a slightly later check out when leaving. The villa was modern in it's furnishings, and had everything you could possibly need to look after yourself for a few weeks. The photos in my opinion really do not do this property justice. The pool gets the sun all day, and is a great size to get in to cool yourself down once the sun get's to it's peak. There is a pool / ping pong table in the garage that we had great intentions to use but time sadly slipped away from us. The gated complex is also very quiet and peaceful, it really is a super place to stay and unwind. The location is great for the parks, approx 20 minutes to Disney and 40 minutes to Universal and not an awful lot further to Busch Gardens, perhaps 75 mins or so. There is a Wal-Mart 10min drive away plus a range of shops and takeaways just 5 mins. The location really is ideal for those looking to be close enough but also far enough. We can't wait to come back.

There really wasn't much that we did not like. The only thing that springs to mind is a very personal issue in mattress comfortability. The room we stayed in for the majority of the trip, I would say the mattress is possibly nearing the end of it's life and might be worth looking into. We moved into the room nearest the kitchen for the last couple of nights and my partner found that much more comfortable and felt like it felt almost brand new. This is very personal however and what suits one person might be the opposite for another so it's hard to criticise. It would also be great if there could be some sort of cable TV. The streaming options were fantastic, however I did try to watch some local news and couldn't find any appropriate platforms. I also really wanted to catch the end of the Players golf championship which I believe was free on cable tv, but paid for via streaming so we couldn't watch it. These are incredibly minor nit picks and I do not want to detract from how brilliant this property is.

A casa é toda térrea o que facilita a interação de todos é muito aconchegante e espaçosa para nossa família de 7 pessoas, fez como que nos sentíssemos como se estivéssemos em nossa casa, um ambiente leve e agradável. Tem os utensílios necessários para café da manha e jantar na casa.

A chegada no condomínio tivemos um certo contratempo bem na entrada do portão principal pois a senha fornecida não foi aceita, tentamos varias vezes e não conseguimos acessar com a senha fornecida, por sorte uma moradora conseguiu nos passar a senha atual e conseguimos entrar, acredito que tenham mudado a senha recente e não nos forneceram a atual porém isso nos deixou um pouco aflitos pois estávamos com criança e já era um pouco tarde da noite. Em relação a casa um ponto que nos chamou a atenção foi o aquecimento , acredito que há uma má distribuição nas saída de ar ou na regulagem em alguns lugares ficava muito gelado em outros muito quente. Outro ponto foi em relação ao trânsito, a casa não ficava longe dos Parques porém a principal rodovia de acesso pegava muito transito nesse trajeto.

There were a number of things that didnt work when we got there. The outdoor lights needed 2 days to be sorted out, the tvs didnt respond, and the pool was miscalibrated. But once the owner ju.oed into action, evertthinf was cleared up. Side note, heated pool could feel cold in the winter. All said-still worth full marks.
