This hotel has beautiful interior and 5-star customer service by everyone on staff. It is clear that care is taken by everybody to pamper each guest. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The quiet location is steps away both from the heart of Cuzco and the San Blas district.

The hotel is beautiful, and the location is excellent - within walking distance to the center, but no noise comes into the room. But most importantly the staff is charming and helpful! Unfortunately, my brother got sick, and the staff did everything to make him feel better. 100% recommended.
