Great location so cozy and comfortable prefect for a lovely night away

The flat was spotless. Everything had been thought and taken care of. Great location, very quiet. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

Ideal location within Broughty Ferry. Close to pubs, restaurants and railway station. Good on-road parking available. The flat has great decor, good bed and living accommodation, with a well equipped kitchen. We were only there for 2-nights but could easily have stayed longer. Ilona was very helpful and informative regarding local restaurants and amenities in the area. Would certainly recommend the Fuzzy Duck for short stays or longer if exploring this part of Scotland.

Nothing - the Fuzzy Duck is excellent value for money.

The location was ideal, close to the seafront and the town centre where there was cafes, restaurants and bars. The property was clean and comfortable. The host was communicative and helpful prior to and during the stay.
