The whole experience was fabulous. Everything was there for us. Ilona was also amazing. She saw me and Finn the Labrador and came over to say hi and happy birthday to me. I can’t rate this flat enough. Extremely comfortable plenty of room. Exceptionally clean. Ilona even left us a little gift bag to welcome us Finn absolutely loved his new throw toy and chew sticks. We will definitely be back. Loved it. If I could give more than 10/10 I definitely 💯 would. Well done the Fuzzy Duck you made my birthday week. Xxxx
