They never give me room

They not give me room when I go to check in they ask me more money for room

We agreed in advance on an early check-in, we were all confirmed and told that we would be met. We arrived and waited 2 hours for the staff, searched, shouted, walked around the neighbors, we were very tired, with a small child and after an 18 hour flight. But that's not all. We were told that they don't work with booking and they don't care that we have a confirmed booking. They quoted the price three times as much and since we didn't have a choice we stayed for 1 day. The room was very dirty and small and smelled of dampness. All my attempts to defend my rights were not crowned with success. We slept, found a new hotel and left. I hope that booking will pay attention to this user and fine him for violating the contractual terms. And for cheating customers.

Price of booking.con not mathced its real price, And sun shine hotel dont accept online booking by booking.com and oyo.And staff is very rude they dont response, they take very much time to tell you that they dont accept online booking, they tell you their different price ,it was very costly, so dont book this hotel.

If you want to stay in this hotel you have many mental condition 1.you can't wear you footwear while going up to stairs 2.you can't wake up to manager and worker at late night in case of emergency if you done to wake up him he bahave like rudely 3.you cant get the service as the manager told you Bcz i live there 6 days and 5 nights and i book 2 room with a/c but 1 room a/c working and second room a/c not working i told you the property manager many time to repair a/c but he didn't And then i ask for refund he say no to refund . Property manager name :- Appu bhai very bad and lier person Dont go in this hotel it will spoil your trip

When you arrive, you are immediately told that the price on the Booking is not valid and they charge three times more expensive. If you hit - pay, if not - goodbye... I don't recommend it.

Rooms are very unhygienic moreover drunkard owner behaviour is pathetic.. he doesn't even know how to give a respect to his guest..!!! Don't go through the prices this guest house is not recommendable to anyone
