Hak Heng Hotel

The lady housekeeper was helpful as she bothers and going all her way to go down to get insecticide for us even she is busy cleaning other rooms when her current insecticide bottle was insufficient. Great service from her but hopefully she could smile more as she don't look happy probably feeling tired as it's late evening still cleaning other rooms.

Lots of cockroaches in the room. The bathroom looks very old and dirty. Too bad I forgot to take any pictures. Rooms and hotels should start doing fumigation as lots of baby cockroaches running around.

Location

SMOKE!!! Soooooo much cigarette smoke EVERYWHERE. IMPOSSIBLE to escape it.

The aircon worked properly. The bedding was clean. The towels were clean.

There were cockroaches in the room. The bathroom wasn't clean. The shower was dirty, and the tiles were dirty. I had to clean the basin as it was disgusting dirty. There was no rug available for when you get out of the shower. I had to use a hand towel, and then I was questioned about that. The barfridge was unplugged, only to realize that the fridge had a 3-point plug, but all the adapters in the room were 2-points. The mattress is worn out.

Had all the amenities that I needed, was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful

You could get all of the things above for a better price elsewhere. Location isn’t great.

Very bad hotel , bed , towel and facilities are not clean.
