"The stay was good overall."

Perfect location. Staff was nice. Comfy enough.

Issue with the TV. YouTube and Netflix didn’t work. Traces of mold on the shower floor. Very hot in the room if you don’t use the A-C.

そんなに広いお部屋じゃなかったけど十分よかった。ドリンク無料だったから水を買わなくてよくてありがたかった！そして、立地がよすぎ！

タオルをフロントに取りに行かなきゃいけないのが大変。後はトイレお風呂しきりないからびしょびしょだったけどまぁ他が良かったからオッケー

"BUENA UBIACIÓN, NO HAY LIMPIEZA DIARIA"

Nuestra habitación era bastante amplia, el baño era muy grande. Nos dieron un kit de amenities bastante completo. La ubicación estaba muy bien ya que estas al lado del museo y hay muy buena conexión en metro des de allí.

No hay servicio de limpieza durante tu estancia con lo cual no te cambian las toallas, pero puedes pedir mas en recepción y te dan sin problemas. El check in es demasiado tarde, a partir de las 6 pm... te guardan las maletas pero veniamos con ganas de cambiarnos y ducharnos y no pudimos. Por otro lado creo que a la habitación le hacia falta una limpieza a fondo, ya que habia manchas en las paredes y suelo.
