Loved the location right in front of the castle entrance. You see it from the property door. Our room was nicely decorated. Breakfast was with a coupon: two items at a nearby place, coffee or capuccino and a pastry, which was the best croissant of our trip at the Grand Café!

It’s a personal thing, but I like to meet someone at the BnB at least to greet at some point, but the property owner explained very well and in detail what to do at our arrival and we didn’t have a problem at all.

Host was very nice and helpful with finding the room, and finding parking. The view from the hotel of the castle is gorgeous, located near the main square

There was no breakfast but the voucher worked. The view was good. The bed was comfortable

The check-in was terrible, despite organising through our previous hotel who transl Lated for us, there was no one there to help us up the stairs with our suitcases and show us how to get in and use the keys. We asked for mugs or cups so we would have expected to be available anywhere else. When we were departing they did bring two young people to help takedown the cases, our driver had already done it, the young man who lifted one small hand bag put his hand out to Y husband for a tip!! Not likely!!!

Really nice apartment on a very good spot in Bracciano. Parking (at night free, during the day paid) opposite The apartment.

Everything was fine

The location was amazing! It was a quick 5 min walk from the train station and literally across the street from the Castello Orsini-Odescalchi. And the rest of the town center is a quick few blocks away.
