Please note that the apartments are spread across different blocks of Greater Kailash but all check-in and key collection will take place in our office at: W-57, Greater Kailash I (between 9 am to 8 pm) unless specified otherwise, where guests will be provided directions to their allotted apartment & other helpful information. Luggage can also be left here in case of early arrival. A prior appointment needs to be scheduled in order to check-in outside office hours using the contact details found on your booking confirmation and may be subject to an additional fee. Please note that if the Property cannot get pre-authorisation on the guest's credit card or if payment is not received as per agreed Cancellation Policy, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice. Please note that the guest's credit card will be debited by the bank's merchant named Blue Leaf Corp. Please note that once guests have checked in, the total amount of the reservation is applicable and non-refundable. Full payment is required on arrival. Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, extra guests will be charged. Please note that the property operates a strict no party and no social gathering policy and penalties will apply to guests breaking this rule. Guests are also required to behave in a responsible and socially acceptable manner at all times while occupying the apartment and to be considerate and courteous to all the neighbours. In case of non-social behaviour or complaint, guests agree to vacate the apartment immediately without refund or redress. Luggage storage is available at the office in case of early arrival. Once guests have checked in, the full amount of the reservation becomes applicable and non-refundable. Full payment is required upon arrival. If the maximum occupancy per apartment is exceeded without prior authorization, additional charges will apply for extra guests. Please note that : the property enforces a strict no-party and no social gathering policy. Any violation of this rule will result in penalties. Guests are required to behave in a responsible and socially acceptable manner at all times and to be considerate and respectful of neighbors. In case of complaints or inappropriate behavior, guests may be required to vacate the apartment immediately without refund or compensation. Please note that : electricity charges are not included and will be charged based on actual usage.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
