Three Bedroom Flat at Ocean Village

Lokalita super, výhled na Skálu, bazény jame využili maximalně.

Sprchové kouty neodtékaly a nebyly čisté. Koupelnové podložky smrděly. Dřez a houbička na nádobí a nádobí byli špinavé. Pračka nefungovala, když jsme se ozvali, bylo nám zděleno, že s pračkou doteď nebyl problém. Nebyla dopředu dořešena cena za parkování, tato přišlav průběu hned s výhružkou botičky na autě, když hned nezaplatíme. Bohuže žádná WiFi.

The view

Everywhere was covered in hair and filthy. Floors, beds, sofa, kitchen, bathrooms, Shower blocked with hair in the on-suite bathroom couldn’t use it as water wouldn’t drain away quick enough, had to use the shower in the small bathroom. Could only use the toilet in the on-suite bathroom because the toilet in the small bathroom was smelling of urine/fish odour and was dirty with stains and hair, therefore having a shower in their the smell was unbearable! We had to clean all the areas we wanted to use before using anything. Ie. Toilet, shower, kitchen sink. Terrible start to your holiday cleaning when you’ve already paid for it to be clean for when you arrive. The bed sheets were dirty with stains, hair and smelly. The kitchen had opened and used bottles of alcohol just left on the worktop counter. Rice and hair left in the kitchen sink. Dirty worktop counters, fridge door and cupboards filthy. Dirty cutlery drawer with crumbs and hair. No Wi-Fi code available just a blank sheet of paper. Then ignores the x4 text messages you send asking what is the Wi-Fi password. Wi-Fi password doesn’t work when you enter it from the back of the modern as I was told to do. Just constantly says “no internet connection” I called her asking for a refund and said I wanted to leave. When I told her the problems, she replied with a no! I can not have a refund but if I want to go and buy bed sheets and cleaning items I can and she will give me the money back. When I went into detail about how dirty the flat was she put the phone down on me. She then later texted offering me a cleaner for the next day. I refused and said I’ve already done it myself. Because we needed to use the facility’s (toilet etc) that evening! Not the next day! We agreed for her to reimburse me for the purchase of items from Morrisons. Which she has refunded.

It was in a good location. The apartment was a good size.

There was a lot of things that need attention such as the WIFI didn’t work. The shower in the main bathroom was cold all the time. The apartment was dirty especially in the kitchen and bathroom. The bedding was very poor and inadequate. We had no working television. There was a lack of extra pillows and tea towels. A lot of the lighting was not working and my Mother who is nearly blind had no lights at all in the bedroom with the en suite.

Wasnt very clean. 2 toilet rolls to last 6 people 1 week. No bin bags left for rubbish. Washing machine wouldnt drain the clothes after use. Diffocult access to property due to fingdr print requirements. So had to use code. Charged £70 extra for parking which I thought was exsesive having been told 2 days hefore i had to pay extra £200 for 2 more people. I thought the apartment was proce for 6 pax at the rate i paid. Overall a good stay just communication could have been much better. Other guests who stay around Ocean mever paid for the parking fees….

It wasn’t that clean in places the floors weren’t clean hairs in the bath shower tray not too clean. The owners should have a word with their cleaner who only did the basics.

Lot of space, nice building
