INThe view from the property was genuinely pleasant, and the location was relatively peaceful with minimal public noise. The main owner, Anand, was responsive over calls and messages, which was reassuring.
The overall experience was negatively impacted by unprofessional and rude behavior from the staff. Ajay Singha’s conduct was particularly disrespectful, as he questioned my identity and purpose in an inappropriate manner and showed a lack of awareness regarding guest arrivals. Additionally, a dog on the premises barked incessantly at me, while the owner seemed to take pride in it instead of addressing the discomfort caused. This was also brought up by another guest here only on this platform. I back her comments. The receptionist’s behavior was also intrusive. He repeatedly knocked on my door and questioned my departure despite my booking being extended. There were also several maintenance and hygiene issues. WiFi stopped working at around 1 AM. The jet spray in the washroom was inconsistent (either too low or too high pressure) A dirty mug was left in the washroom sink Overall, the lack of professionalism and basic upkeep significantly affected the stay.
