NZIt was easily found, a great location from town and Hobbiton. Appears just like the pictures, comfortable and cosy. The hosts were excellent communicators and went above and beyond for us. We loved the extra touches of treats and breakfast.

GBThe breakfast was simple but very good, consisting mainly of local fresh produce. The property is very rural and situated next to the main house, subsequently the door was left open for when we arrived.
The bathroom is small although functional. As with many places we stay in there is a lack of storage/hanging space, not an issue if you are only staying one or two nights.

NLHet was een eenvoudig maar goed ontbijt . en het dorp Matamata heeft ook een leuk museum en het is 10 minuten rijde naar Hobbiton. En de rust je hoort er niets, en dat vind ik belangrijk.
alles was goed geregeld ,er viel niets tegen en het was er heel rustig.
