UB Grand Hotel

식당 근무자 중 필리핀 여성은 근무 태도가 좋았음.

1302호의 시건장치가 4박5일 동안 고장이었음. 주차장이 불편하였음

Staff were friendly and very helpful

Arrived late at night and hotel was almost impossible to find. Even the taxi driver struggled to find the entrance and had to phone the receptionist. This hotel is very badly signed with the front door tucked away up a ramp. There's a sign for a coffee shop at street level but that's it. Staff were helpful though.

It was close to main attractions

Very noisy area. Majority of staff did not speak English (do not disturb signes were only in English, which I assume housekeeping don't understand, because I was disturbed many times). Room was not so clean when I got there, with dust and 'presents' from previous guests. Hot water in the shower - only if you're lucky. Big AC unit that doesn't cool, only makes a lot of noise. Bad breakfast that was getting worse each one of my 4 mornings there. For the price, I expected more

I was somewhat disappointed with the level of service provided by the hotel staff during my recent stay. As a Mongolian traveler, I felt that the employees did not demonstrate the same level of care or attentiveness toward me, which made the experience less welcoming than expected.

The hotel staff appeared indifferent in their interactions with me, which left me feeling undervalued as a guest.

The location is near to tourist area.

Расположен в самки центре. Рядом кафе, рестораны, магазин GOBI, приветливый персонал. Предоставили парковочное место для нашего автомобиля. Хороший вид из окна

В ванной комнате не было штор на окне. Мне кажется, с улице было видно, как принимаешь душ.
