JP立地が便利だった点
宿泊客の階段の上り下りの音が結構大きかったのが残念でした。 あとは、洗面台が別であるとよかったです。

TW民宿回覆的速度非常快，而且非常有禮貌，離花火大會的會場很近，附近的機能也很好，有很多餐廳和便利商店，樓下就有locker和自動販賣機可以使用，房間很大又敞亮，附有三合一的烤箱、微波爐和燒烤機，非常方，雖然是民宿，但還是有把隔天的備品放在門口供我們替換，非常貼心。
請注意！這間民宿無論是哪個角度，都不可能可以看到完整的海，請各位不要加購海景房當冤大頭。我就是加購了海景房才覺得蠻失望的，但因為是花火大會期間訂的房間，我也不想在當下反應什麼。
JP広くてゆったりとしており、内装も綺麗でした。トイレやシャワーも清潔感があり、全体としてとても過ごしやすかったです。素泊まりの気楽さと、海からすぐの立地で、こどもとの海水浴にぴったりでした。また、流れるプールやスパ、ウォータースライダーなどもあるマリンスパあたみへも徒歩圏内で、海だけでなく、プールもたっぷり楽しめました。スタッフの方の対応もとても丁寧で、スタッフが常駐していないとこのとでしたが、とても安心感がありました。こどももとても気に入っていました。また利用したいと思います。
廊下や階段がもう少し明るいと良いなと思いました。
SE- the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Someone had obviously been smoking there - we paid for an ocean view. There was no ocean view, in fact the windows were frosted (probably because they were towards another building and not the ocean) - the room was dirty, there was a lot of hair left in the shower and bathroom sink - there was no staff to complain to

CAThere is paid parking opposite to property.
The building sign is Nagisa House Atami. The Moon Atami is a printed paper sticking on the window. No elevator. My husband had to carry two big luggages up and down the stairs to the 3rd floor. The layout of the unit is not well planned. Bedroom door sliding against the edge of bed mattress. No table and chairs in living room. Strangely vanity for brushing teeth is in the living room. Initially I was not able to get hot water in the shower. Then I messaged the owner and the answer was that we had to turn on the power in the kitchen and I was being asked why don’t I know such a common thing. Message sounds impolite. We are from North America and didn’t know about that at all. Should it be turn on before the guests arrive? There is a sign right on the floor at the entrance “ No outdoor shoes”. I only found a 1.5x 2 feet floor mat. I won’t complain if there was a tiled landing area for the guest to take off shoes.
