"Overall it suited our needs of indipendent rooms and a kitchen to have breakfast"

The location was perfect for our purpose which was a conference in the nearby university faculty. Still it was a duable walking distance to the park and the center. A few things did not work in the apartment but were solved by the host during our stay. The apartment is very spacious with 3 indipendent bedrooms and a large living areas. Somewhat rare to find at find at that price.

Communication with the host (wonderful italy) was somewhat slow via whatsapp and i could not manage to reach them on the phone. For 3 times i was put on the line endlessly and then the call stopped. The apartment is spacious but very minimal in its supplies. It looks a bit better in photos than it is.

"Une grande déception"

Les pièces étaient grandes et le quartier calme. A part ça rien d'autre.

La climatisation que dans une chambre alors que l'annonce laissait entendre que tout l'appartement en bénéficiait. Appartement réduit à un aménagement minimaliste, vaisselle non adéquate pour 5 personnes potentielles, ni mm pour 4. Douche complètement à refaire. Télé ridicule par sa taille...Appartement non chaleureux, manque d'âme. Dommage qu'il ne bénéficie que du quart des équipements et décorations des autres appartements de la "chaine", un livret d'accueil nous propose de découvrir d'autres de leurs locations toutes plus luxueuses les unes que les autres. Celui-ci par contre n'en fait pas parti et ne vaut pas le prix demandé. C'est une grande déception.
