Great location, can walk at seaside promenade, shops and restaurants nearby. Spacious apartment, nice view, it's possible to see sunrise above the ocean in the morning. Comfortable beds. Helpful host, communication via Whatsapp. We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine.

It can be loud due to traffic in the morning and windows can rattle during strong wind. Kitchen is pretty small, facilities are functional but pretty old. Wifi signal is weak outside of living room and kitchen, it's possible to connect to another wifi network in the bedrooms, but it's slow and unstable.

Despite the really bad weather I had one of the most marvelous holiday in my life also thanks to this apartment.

This is a lovely, bright apartment located in the tallest building between two lively streets filled with cafés and restaurants. The only challenge may be parking, as there are rarely free spaces on the street facing the entrance. I recommend parking on the upper street, Avelina Pinto, where there is a reasonably sized parking lot accessible via the stairs. The iParque app is also very helpful for parking in Madeira. The apartment is well equipped with everything a family might need. We visited during the winter, and although it was windy and cold outside, the mobile heater kept the apartment comfortably warm. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living area is cozy, and the boiler provides enough hot water for a family of three. The host is friendly and responsive. We had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this apartment.

One more heater during the winter time would be appreciated.

We absolutely loved this apartment – everything was perfect. It was spotless, very well equipped and extremely comfortable, with plenty of space and two lovely loggias, one overlooking the street and the other with a beautiful ocean view. The location is outstanding. The seaside promenade is literally just a 3-minute walk away, with easy access to the ocean, swimming spots, restaurants and shops. What makes it even better is that the area is flat, so you don’t have to walk uphill like in many parts of Madeira – it’s ideal for relaxed walks by the sea. The apartment is a great base for exploring the island, and the host was very friendly and helpful. Communication was excellent, check-in was smooth, and we were even allowed a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Parking is available on the street in front of the building or very close by. It is paid, but extremely convenient thanks to a mobile app – we paid only about €25 for 15 nights, which is very reasonable. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madeira.

WI-FI worked very well in the living room and kitchen, but the other network in the bedrooms was a bit weaker and less stable. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Є пральна машина і вцілому усе, для комфортного проживання. Поруч є ресторан з приємними цінами, а також декілька невеликих магазинчиків.

Тільки в останній день ми дізнались, що треба підключитися к іншому вайфаю, щоб був інтернет в кімнатах. До цього часу ми були впевнені, що вайфай є тільки на кухні. Будь ласка, вкажіть цю інформацію на листочку, де написана назва основного вайфаю і пароль.
