Lovely comfortable accommodation had everything we needed.

This apartment is located in a quite street (Early June 2025) of Alghero, a 5 minute walk to the old town and waterfront. The apartment is on the 4th floor, accessed by a fairly efficient lift. Quite good security too.There are views to the old town and also to the back of the block. It has a balcony looking at the old town and a massive deck/alfresco on the other side. There are 2 bedrooms a full size bathroom and another bath/laundry area with a decent size shower. The kitchen is a little narrow, but has everything you will possible need, with windows that open to the alfresco area. Also a living room with access to both the balcony and alfresco with flow through ventilation fron to bck of the room and of course,aircon if needed. We found it very airy and really comfortable. We are driving, so the access to a garage was a bonus. (See my note re access to garage) We found the apartment very relaxing and quiet. It had everything we needed, sit on the balcony and watch the world pass by. The owners son recommended a great pizzeria and gave us directions to a close Supermarcato, again a 5 minute walk or less to both. One of the outstanding things for me (an old techo) was the internet speed. Fiber cables which I speed tested at 370mbps download, 470mbps upload. Unbelievable, never seen this ever before, lightspeed as far as I'm concerned. We were extremely happy with our choice.

The garage space would suit a small car. A tip is not to try and drive straight in due to an interesting angle. A suggestion is to turn left into a larger courtyard and than reverse in. Slow and steady, use caution and your mirrors and camera. There is a shelf at the back of the garage, keep this in view when reversing.

The location is perfect - right in the centre of Alghero within easy walking distance of the marina and the old town. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep. The roof terrace was fabulous and the view and sunsets from the balcony were beautiful. Piero was a very welcoming host and there to greet us. The apartment is decorated nicely, very well equipped with everything you need and very comfortable - especially the bed! Although we stayed as a couple there was plenty of room for two couples. It was also very convenient to have secure parking on site. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment is very nice and big with all necessary amenities and perfect see view. It is good located, not so far from restaurantes, bars, supermarcets and beach. Supportive and nice owner. We really enjoyed the staying in the apartment.
