Have to ask them to provide everything even dental kits.they dint provide slipper without asking to provide that. They should cautious about providing every allocated services without asking by the guest.

Location was good, close to New Delhi railway station. Walking distance

Staff behavior was rude and cleaning was poor. They didn't provide the proper room key throughout the stay. I checked out before the schedule.

Great staff day and night

Very good hotel and nice discount on booking through this website i.e. booking.com. The owners, managers and staff believe in hospitality. Clean rooms. Breakfast variety is less, but taste was good. I would like to emphasise the honesty of the housekeeping staff. I left my smart watch by mistake on the table and left for the day. When I realised later, I thought I won't find it now. But, the housekeeping staff had cleaned my room and had placed my watch also at proper place. Really, a trustworthy staff. Since, the hotel is in main bazaar, not a good place for romantic trip but for a business trip, it is really a nice place to stay.

Room was clean

Too small room hardly space left for walking. While booking in pictures room looked big but it was very small. There is no restaurant as shown in pictures they get food from their other branch accross the road. I would never recomend it and booking.com should ask them to change the pictures and show exact room size.
