Treelined Retreat: Cozy Cold Springs Cabin

Otherwise nice place. Received 2 communications from property owners about booking issues. The app defaulted to 2 persons and I was not aware. Also, the property was noted to sleep 8 people. I booked my family of 5 so did not think there would be any issues. We got a text from hosts saying they were notified our booking appeared to be falsified and that we’d have to vacate immediately, forfeiting all payments made, per policy. But that the hosts advocated for our stay. Not sure what this means. This was in extreme poor taste and left a bad taste in what was otherwise a memorable trip. To be treated like common thieves won’t have us coming back.
