Location was where we expected. Bed was cosy.

TV not available. No Wi-Fi and couldn't find a password. Dirty Mugs, toaster and cooker. We were quoted a price of £199 which we thought was a bit high, however when the money was taken Vat had been added, also a cleaning fee. Total price £274.

Charming little barn conversion within pleasant West End location. Pretty much everything you needed in the kitchen area. Nice bedroom space with comfortable bed.

The shower is off the bath taps. It worked very well but it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Quaint place, own parking spot.

Although there is a dishwasher I didn't use it, washing up liquid would of been a bonus, but not a problem, likewise ironing board was present but no iron. Maybe provide a folder with any specific Instructions and Local places to visit. The ventilation hole in the wall isn't needed either and just allows insects and noise in. Couldn't tune the TV in presume no aerial. Shower could be improved.

It took me 40 minutes to locate the property.

The location was terrible. No garden and I had a dog.

Great communication and welcome pack. Everything I needed was there.

The instructions did not give a correct impression of either the dwelling or its location. A barn implies something rural not a large shed in someone's front drive on a long suburban road. If the location had been more specific, eg located adjacent to No 49, it would have helped us to find it. Also, saying that "The Quarry" is a road would have helped. The road was busy and we could not go slowly looking for the building. There was no duvet cover on the bed so we just slept under the duvet and hoped it had been washed recently. The floor in the kitchen area was subsiding and was soft and sinking. The bedroom floor was incredibly noisy, no possibility of going quietly to the loo without waking the other person up.
