Hotel O Balaji Palace

The surrounding area was very dirty and located very far to village place but closed to Ram mandir and Hanuman Gadhi and that was the best thing for the place . The facility provided by them was ok . Food and tea were provided from outsourcing by hotel. No pick-up service is provided in the worst situation, but they provide a pick drop at the airport through e _auto rickshaw when asked, but charging more . Hot water service was not good enough with joint service with other rooms . Water comes outside after bathing, and there are no proper arrangements. Mattresses were not good . Bed sheets and room cleanliness are not done every day. No cupboards and hangers to keep the clothes . Somehow, it's better than dormitory at least occupied in the same room . Average hotel . Lots of monkeys were wondering outside and making the surrounding unclean .They spread the garbage on the road and it smells very dirty while coming towards the hotel.The place was not convenient for traveling.

This is property purely a scam. Please don’t book this one. Else you will be cheated. I have booked this one using bookings.com. Spite of the multiple phone call for confirmation of the reservation with arrival timing, room for provided to different guests.

It was extremely dirty, no TV, no internet no cupboards bathroom was worst than public toilet. Never ever go there

The hotel is almost walking distance from the temples - Janmasthan and Hanuman Garhi. One of the managers was kind enough to allot a different room when we complained about the one that was provided.

Getting to the property was a nightmare! The location on booking.com is misleading and takes you to a scary corner of the locality full of barking dogs and screaming/ hostile monkeys. We had to call the hotel 100 times over 2 hours to get some help. There was no help with luggage whatsoever. The room and bathroom - the linen was dirty with foot prints from the previous guests. The room and the bathroom were filthy, the worst that I have seen in any hotel! To even clean them would take days! Food - it is about 10 minutes walk from a nearby decent Udupi restaurant and to even wish for a morning tea/ coffee is too much. The receptionist rejected our request for a morning coffee outright. The location - is between several dilapidated structures in the vicinity of the Janmabhoomi temple. So one should doubt the strength of these structures. Fit to be demolished. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I would recommend people to stay 4-5 kms away (on the highway) from the temple where there are better hotels.

I am not a impulsive person but this facility should not be on booking.com. This may tarnish the image of booking.com and does nit meet standard and can not be called hote.

Nothing was right about this Property. 1. Location - Not accessible by car. 2. Washroom - very poor condition and very small and filthy. No mirror 3. No towels - on request they say thet don't have any clean towel. 4. Staff - Very rude. Lot of arguments while checking in at midnight. I made online payment before arriving. They say they did not receive. And they could not wait till next Dat though I booked it for next two days. Highly disappointing.

I didn’t like anything about the property.

I was a bit late reaching there at the property and i was supposed to get my room ready as soon as i reach there but the staff told me,sir we waited for you at this much time and after that we gave this room to other guests. How irresponsible they were as my check out time duration was still due,how did they give my room to other guests. Basic amenities like hot water was not available in one room,I repeatedly told them to fix it but they ignored it.

There was nothing to like. I booked the place online when I got impression that it 4* hotel. These ratings are all made up lies. It should be removed from online booking by booking.com and OYO.

There was no breakfast available. They claimed to provide only one towel per room. I paid 5463 rupees per day whereas the same room was given to people for 2500 rupees or less. Bedsheets were dirty rather pillows were filthy. There was no intercom to connect the reception. Hence I had to go downs two floors to talk to them all the time. Washroom sink and toilet was leaking on the floor of washroom. The hot water geyser was not working. Wardrobe was broken and the door set aside. Towards the end of my two nights stay, their behaviour was rude rather bully. They we cooking for some party on the ground floor at main entrance in unsanitary conditions.
