Hotel O Balaji Palace

It was a great experience in cheap price.

The accommodation was not available frme when reached the place. I had to search for somother and setteled there. Please refund me my total amount paid by me for the allotment in advance.

Please help me

No breakfast served , forget breakfast we were denied room first even after paying advance as suggested by Oyo. Still I was denied room and then some drama and then some more money asked I paid 300 extra and was forced to vacate by 10 in morning.

Everything, hotel ,location ,owner, staff ,what crap is this hotel. Seriously I repent again booking from Oyo. I think this would be last booking with OYO. Tc

The location is quite close to the temple. But the lanes are very narrow.. Taxis cannot easily ply on these lanes. Autorickshaw is the only option.

They are cheats. They collected the entire amount including GST at the time of checking in but refused to give tax invoice. The front end staff is very rude, highly unprofessional and lacks courtesy. He initially said that he would give us the tax invoice in 10 minutes.. But even after an hour or so he didn't.. He had the audacity to say that we are free to cancel the booking, and look for an accommodation elsewhere. Though he later assured that he would give the tax invoice the next day, he didn't .. We did not want to further waste our time arguing with him, as ours was a short stay of 2 days. On the first day, we lost a precious 1 hour or more trying to reason with him. It was already evening when we checked in , and we could not afford to waste time arguing further with him. The rooms lack basic requirements like drinking water, dustbin, fresh doormat etc. We had to demand and get each of the these! The pics they share on the portal are far different from the reality. Thankfully the cot/bed was fairly ok, and so was the restroom. And hence we could manage our stay. These cheats should be handed over to the police for not providing tax invoices. They are criminals cheating the Govt

Only geasure water is available.

Room is not good as shown in picture.There are many rat in the hotel who ripped our luggage.Beds are uncomfortable for sleeping which sound every time when we turn around.Toilet are very most unhygienic which are not clean by the house keeping staff. Wash besin has no pipe connection for drainage.comode toilet has no space to seat... Last word . Room is very much overpriced.. Even water bottle they sell over the price of MRP. Totally worst hotel....
