"You get what you pay for"

5-10 mins walking distance to tourist attraction like Basilica Minore del Sto. Nino and Magellan's Cross.

- We can hear the rats running on the ceiling - The shower has a very low-pressure we could not even use it properly. - It started to flood in the aircon area when the rain started to pour. - Towels are not totally clean and we didn't see any free shampoos/soaps.
