"Welcoming and Delicious Breakfast"

The hotel was lovely, and the receptionist was very welcoming. I liked a lot the decorations with many items and traditional aesthetics. The breakfast was great—especially the jams, which were absolutely delicious! There are plenty of restaurants and activities nearby, and the beds were very comfortable.

"Riad curato e accoglienza super"

Il riad è molto curato e accogliente, sia nelle parti comuni al piano terra sia sulla terrazza, davvero piacevole. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Samira per la sua grande cortesia: ci ha accolti nonostante il nostro arrivo molto tardivo nella notte e ogni mattina ha preparato colazioni meravigliose. La posizione è estremamente comoda, facilmente raggiungibile sia in taxi sia a piedi, ideale per muoversi nella medina. Ottimi anche i servizi extra offerti, dal trasferimento in taxi dall’aeroporto alla guida in italiano che ci ha accompagnati alla scoperta della città.

L’unico neo, che non incide comunque su una valutazione complessivamente molto positiva, è l’umidità e la temperatura piuttosto fresca della stanza; sebbene fosse riscaldata, i bagni risultavano comunque freddi. Probabilmente abbiamo soggiornato nei giorni più freddi e piovosi che Fez abbia avuto da anni.
