Staff, especially manager, very helpful. Rooms large and good fans, air conditioning. Peaceful setting.

Safety standards: the first floor balconies very unsafe for the children, too easy for them to slip through the open railings and fall. the doors from the bedrooms onto the balconies had very inadequate locks. This was a worry throughtout our stay. Generally, the place is in need of some renovation. A little more equipment in each house would be good. Some facilities listed on Booking. Com were absent.

Comfy beds

Easy check in. Property manager was very helpful and easy to speak to. Place is generally clean with sufficient amenities.

There is no hair dryer. The outside area not as well maintained as interiors.

Spacious, very clean, and excellent response from staff when needed something. Also, housekeeping provided daily if needed.

The couch is very hard, not comfortable to relax. The smell from the toilet and shower drain was pretty bad in one of the bedrooms, maybe only a problem in unit C5. We reported to the staff who put some stuff to fix the odour but didn't work.
