Het personeel is vriendelijk en doen er alles aan om het zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken

Jammer dat er geen airconditioning aanwezig is in alle units. Het was heel warm. Er was ook maar 1 ventilator vr 5 personen, dat was niet voldoende.

Secluded location with beautiful mountain scenery, with crickets and birds giving peaceful atmosphere.

Mattresses were too hard for our taste.

We did not stay the night, we left after being there a couple of hours. We had a terrible experience. We arrived and checked in with quite a nice man who said the owner will be there shortly. The place is filthy and covered in rubbish. The owner turned up eventually when we were in the pool with our kids. Him and a friend sat on a table right outside the entrance and started smoking and listening to TikTok videos on speaker. My wife was in a bikini and felt very intimidated. The owner then got out a riffle and started shooting at cans. Very uncomfortable environment where we did not feel safe. He then sat on a chair next to the pool holding a gun looking at a tree. No explanation no nothing. Kids were scared and we felt very uncomfortable. We loaded our car and left immediately. - There is so much rubbish and litter inside the walls of the facility. Litter everywhere. Saw the staff just stepping over litter. Park the car you drive over rubbish, step out the car litter everywhere. - Not a friendly welcome at all - Old cups and litter all round the pool - We did not feel safe with a family there.
