Room cleanness Unfriendly staff Zero customer support TV remained non functional through out despite various complaints Intercom remained out of order through out Breakfast not served despite it was included in my booking. I showed my booking voucher but they said it is not there and refused to honour your voucher Even hotel name was not as per my booking. It was different .it was hotel Ganga palace Please initiate my refund and blacklist them
