The staff took money from a payment on booking.com and then wouldn't give me the room without a cash payment. They have had the audacity to claim that I insisted on paying twice (?). You can do a lot better in Pai than this. Booking.com Customer Service have been abysmal on top of this and are yet to refund me in a month and a half despite the property admitting that there have been two payments.

I did not have breakfast. Th location is great.

There were party going on at a resort next door and they were singing karaoke until late.
