Exceptional. Spotlessly clean, wonderful bathroom and well thought out bedroom. Delightful little extra touches such as fresh milk in a thermos and homemade flapjack on the tea tray. Excellent breakfast.

"Brilliant place to stay."

The Larch Room was a brilliant find. First of all the hosts were superb, just there when you need them, and not when you don't. Very comfortable place to stay, well looked after, and everything you need. Excellent breakfast, it sets you up for the day. Situated in a quiet village, but close enough to everywhere. Couldn't fault the Larch Room.

Picture in mind Escape To The Country meets the perfect host. Hannah provides the warmest of welcomes and goes the extra mile to ensure her guests have everything needed for a most comfortable and relaxing stay. Another highlight for me was the tranquillity of the location. I would highly recommend the Larch Room to all who visit this beautiful part of North Yorkshire.

Everything! Hannah is the most amazing host. So friendly and lovely and very welcoming. The room has everything you need and the set up is perfect. A comfy bed and delicious breakfast. We will be coming back to stay. 10/10. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely Larch Room.
