Extremely comfortable room, spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely and Hannah was very friendly. I'd give the Larch room a 10 out of 10, and will definitely book again.

Really friendly hosts and awesome breakfast! This would be a great stopover when visiting York or when travelling north-south. Would definitely recommend!

The room was delightful and cosy, the bed was very comfortable and we both loved the rain shower in the bathroom. Hannah's breakfast was delicious, especially overnight oats and homegrown rhubarb compot. Both before our arrival and once we were there we felt very well looked after. The suggested walk from the front door was lovely. Thank you!
