Quiet, gated oasis near downtown Lexington

The apartment was clean and lovely .loved the front porch and yard. Great place to sit for morning coffee and evening glass of wine. The owner responded quickly on a question I had. Would highly recommend as a place to stay in Lexington.

As a reader I felt a lamp near the sofa would be nice. I don't travel with a hair dryer and that would have been nice. A couple more wash clothes in the bathroom.

Good location, very quiet, good shower I appreciated having the electric tea kettle

Bed was a bit soft ( personal preference - reminded me of sleeping on a waterbed) It would have been nice to have a dish towel and oven mitt, not just paper towels. Just a note- the coffee filters provided didn’t fit the coffee maker. No Wifi - not a big problem, but would have been nice

Easy access to the room, really pretty outdoor seating and gathering spaces. Even has a fire pit and wood ready. Everything was neat and clean, my apt was perfect and cute and exactly what I needed to rest and relax for my weekend in town. Bed was comfy, linens were crisp, and you could tell the space is meticulously cleaned and care for. Very clean and quiet space

I didn’t have any cons for my stay - I had some initial trouble finding the parking, which is in the back.

Outdoor gated, park-like setting, complete with indoor/outdoor kitchen, fire pit, chairs and park benches. Large, clean rooms, with handicap access, tall ceilings, nice furniture, and full kitchen, and dining table. Code access to everything, no keys necessary.

Fold out couch cushions kept sinking down in the couch. No handrail in the front 3 steps. Property needs a better name, like "Tranquility" or "Opulent Oasis", instead of "Quiet gated community in Lexington".

Very clean with a great setup.

I could hear the clothes washer running in the hallway, but it wasn’t loud and only slightly annoying at times.

Location was perfect for bike riding to town, and the grounds were beautiful.

Even though we had very high ceilings, we could still hear the people above us, as well as the washing machine just outside our front door. We had apartment number 2 and we probably would changed to a different apartment next time.
