We really appreciated the property for its warm and well-kept atmosphere. A special thank you to Jallaisha, who was very kind and attentive — she served us breakfast with great care and made us feel truly looked after, paying attention to every detail.

The rooms were not cleaned or made up during our stay, and they were a bit dirty, which was disappointing.

Size of rooms, beds were comfortable. A/C was good

Bathrooms were dirty and damaged, room furniture was dirty, windows had never been cleaned on the outside, there was constant shortage of towels and you had to call down everyday to get new ones. Same with water in the room. Swimming pool and gym were derelict (have pictures)

The employees needs more training

One lady working there she is not supported and dealing with me in not good behavior. I don't like that.

The staff did their best but many points outside their control. For example allocated a second room after realising one TV had a smashed screen and the second did not work, nor did the telephone. Our second room had a very hard Mattress and rusty water marks and mould in the bathroom, they found us another room with an excellent mattress and generally in much better condition.

In addition to the above, the Garden Lounge and Restaurant was under reconstruction as was the roof area and Pool so was not available as described in the particulars. Coffee was not available in the room, house keeping was hit and miss and there was a daily issue in getting clean towels .
