"Bad stay that will never be forgotten"

I like it as it is close to the beach.

We asked for a room with a king size or queen size bed, but they didn’t have any room, so they had twin beds and that’s not what we wanted. They also have only bath towels and don’t offer hand towels or face ones. The hot water is not available in one of the two rooms, the faucets are leaking water in the bathroom. There’s problems with the two rooms televisions and not functioning properly. The staffing deal with us in a bad manner. The important thing they said we don’t have any reservations for us by booking, so they look at my booking application to see the confirmation. So I decided in the future I will make reservations for 5 stars hotels only.
