We had the best mini break. Kate was super helpful. We travelled with 3 boys and they loved it. I would highly recommend a stay here. Parking is only about 20 feet away.

The property was very clean & cosy. The view was amazing out onto the lake & the swans & ducks & all the wildlife kept us entertained. The kitchen had not only the basic requirements but the extra special touches of air fryer & best of all a great coffee machine. Lots of items left in cupboards made our stay extra special.

There wasn’t anything not to like about the property only a few minor niggles if I were to be picky I think the cleaner may of got distracted while making up the beds as the second single bed had not been made up apart from the bottom fitted sheet laying on the bed & duvet laying with no cover not a problem we made do. The only other thing that would have made our life easier was a dust pan & brush to help us sweep up the crumbs in kitchen after meal prep.

Great lake for fishing and beautiful view. Inside was clean and had plenty of amenities including the outside BBQ and 2 seating areas.

Only suggestion would be to remove left over items e.g from bathroom the cupboard was full which is good if you forget to bring something but would have like to be able to put own items inside. Also something that can't be help but at night loads of spiders come out but this is only a note and did not take away from this amazing place which we would definitely come back too again

Kate was an extremely welcoming and helpful host. Very quick to reply with any queries. Lovely waterfront caravan. Clean and tidy on arrival. Kate provides everything you need for your stay. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the jet skis cruise around the lake. Clubhouse was lovely too. Pet friendly which was fabulous so we could take my cocker spaniel.

The host Kate was quick to respond and very helpful and friendly. The place is absolutely lush and has everything you need. The place was spotless and the best caravan on the site I've stayed in. I'll definitely be staying again.
