Strategic location, cleanliness and easy access. Good internet and with IPTV.

Bed frame too light and wobbly. Mattress are too bouncy to sleep for 2 people which affect your sleeping partner if you roll too much. You can easily fall down when you lay down/sleep near to the edge of the mattress.

due to old house design, the bathroom and toilet is located at ground floor, it may not convenient to old people
