Cristallo Apartment - Accesso Gratuito a Parco Acquatico

Very clean, the most comfortable beds we have slept in in Italy, very well stocked (thank you for the coffee pods, sorry we used so many, we love coffee!). Very easy rental process and great communication and instructions.

Towel and sheet rental. Coming from North America, we cannot bring sheets and towels. Also, dish towels and pool towels would be very welcome. It seems that towel and sheet rental is common in this part of Italy, but this was the only place we ran into this in Italy.

The accommodation is located in a nice area, away from the hustle and bustle, richly equipped and tastefully designed. With 3 teenage children, it was ideal with a beach accessible from the end of the garden and a comfortable private garden area.

Despite the many positives, it got so seriously wet during heavy rain that water dripped from the ceiling lights and the outlet, and the area under the canopy was soaked. In the previous year, a guest also complained about getting wet, which, according to them, has not yet been resolved. The agency managing the accommodation reservation supported us flawlessly, they tried to help us in everything for our holiday. However, the replacement accommodation was not their fault, but it was far below the standard of the Cristallo apartment. The rooms were in the basement, and we had to smell soot for the rest of the holiday. At the associated pools, swimming caps were also mandatory in weather above 30 degrees. The whole holiday was negatively affected by the soaking.

Great outside area . Water park free tickets is a huge bonus by the host. Very good location close to all interesting towns and main roads. Close to supermarket and to the Garda lake beaches
