Quality premises - clean, easy to locate, neat garden, generously equipped - ticking most boxes (wi-fi, braai inside, free wood, sea view!) Friendly neighbour received us. Special gifts and wine to welcome us (our anniversary)! Comfortable chairs and table on stoep to savor the great views from the stoep, overlooking the sea, surf and adjacent area. Safe parking off street. It's a place I've already recommended without reservations... Jongensfontein - a destination - is a gem which I want to keep a secret!

Nothing serious... just noteworthy Curtain rods - not my personal preference - a bit difficult to close due to the size of the rods and the "eyelets" being nearly the same. Perhaps just a thinner rod will make it easier to slide? 8 steps to stoep - could be challenging for very elderly. Grass - especially when whet - gets picked up onto steps and into unit. Perhaps a paved area for parking and unpacking? Otherwise, my mistake - booking for only three nights, so, we'll have to return :-)

We were delighted to stay in such a quiet and safe village. We loved that upon our arrival, there was a personal welcome sign, the front door was open and key in the lock and that security was not an issue at all. We could leave our towels and swimming cossies outside overnight, and during the day we left washing on the line and shoes on the stoep. The apartment had everything and more than what we needed. The beds were super comfy, and we all slept so well. We were a skip away from the most beautiful rock pool for our daily wallow and walking to the shops and coastal pathways was easy. The shops cater for almost anything you might need except for salad things - so supporting the local shops is a must. Our only disappointment was that the museum on the beach was closed but we thought that is probably looked after by a local volunteer who was not available the days we were there.

The location was perfect and peaceful. The interior was modern and it was beautifully decorated, exactly as depicted in the photos. The unit was well equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend. It was so close to the beach. The inside braai was very helpful during chiller nights. Juanita and her husband were lovely hosts.

The sheer curtains in the main bedroom. The room lit up early and didn't feel private enough at night.

Beautifully kept accommodation with the ideal location and beautiful sea views. Walking distance to the beach and restaurant. Lovely walks along the coast.

Everything was beautiful, welcoming and stylish! Adequate communication, without interference. We highly recommend this accommodation for short or longer stays.
