Great location, bus stop on the street for Bologna Centrale and a 5 minute walk from the San Luca Saragozza gate. We stayed in the "Red Room" which was located at the back of the property and was super quiet and not overlooked making for a great nights sleep. Self check in and out was made super easy by the host who was very positive and kindly left us a selection of water and juice in the communal fridge each day.

Communications compliqués avec l’hôte. Très réactif pour nous préciser que les taxes de séjour ne sont pas inclues dans le prix de la chambre mais aucunes informations pour nous indiquer comment accéder au logement. Heureusement qu’un voisin nous a donné le code pour rentrer …

The room was beautiful, and we liked that it was quiet and felt very secure. The snacks provided were a great addition!

The location was a bit far from the city center and definitely required public transit to get around quickly.

Velice pohodlný postel, relativní klid, blízkost do centra (cca 10-15 minut pěšky). Společná kuchyňka s nabídkou potravin na snídani. V okolí obchody a kavárny.

V našem pokoji se zasekávaly dveře do koupelny a protékal záchod. Na zprávy majitel nereagoval. Celkově byla komunikace s majitelem zvláštní.
