Cool room in the center of the city. We really appreciated the snacks & water/coffee that the host provided.

It should be specified that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, we were a little confused when arriving.

Excellent location! Lovely large room and bathroom. Quiet surroundings. Prosecco, water and essentials on arrival. Nice to meet the host too.

Space wasn't available on arrival after check in time, but we were able to leave bags and have a drink in the social area.

Very nice place, very cozy ,very good location . The owner was very attentive. Help with any questions that arose . Highly recommend.

The room was clean and designed well. It was spacious! The location is near the central city but bit far from Bologna station. Around 15min by bus. Need to confirm arrival time before because the door of building is open personally by the owner. The living room was pretty, many snacks and food provided. We can use the kitchens. There is a lot cafes open early around the place. I want to stay more days but the travel plan changes.

The owner is not confirming the city tax price on the check in time. It should paid in cash, so we want to prepare the money. But maybe he busy, the response was slow. It will be great if it was explained on the check in time. Room little bit cold.

The property had a great location, and the kitchen was really good.

The host did not inform us that he would be late and busy with other work, and he was also unavailable on the phone. We were left waiting for an hour, not knowing if we would be able to check in, which happened at 11 PM. On the last night, the weather was colder compared to the previous nights, but the host turned off the air conditioning for heating.

The check-in went smooth, the location was great and the room was comfortable. The ambience was surprisingly better than expected. The shower products offered were great.

The bed was two single beds coupled instead of one couple's. I rented this room on New Year's eve, so all the accommodations were absurdly pricey, including this one.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. The space itself was nicely designed and comfortable, making it easy to relax.

However, the check-in communication could be improved – we didn't get the correct information, which led to some frustration on arrival.
