Everything was perfect 😊

Significant wear and tear is present. Very old grandma's apartment where they attempt to make some money without any investment. All furniture is old and ruined. Last level without AC. The temperature is 30C now. It should not be rented during summer months. Parking is available on the street as well because it is a remote location. The parking gate is not working properly . The Nespresso machine is not working. Very bad value for the money. Everything is dirty and a lot of dust everywhere, although cleaning fee is charged.

The property is absolutely great — very cosy and felt just like home. Just be aware that there’s a school in front of it, so it can get a bit noisy in the mornings, but with the windows closed, you won’t notice it. Alfredo is very friendly and helpful — he answered all of my questions. The flat is clean and has all the necessary facilities.

The location is okay — there are two supermarkets very close to the flat, which is convenient. However, the train and bus stations are about a 10–15 minute walk, and the beach and main square are quite a bit further. It was a good walking exercise though 😁

The apartment was located close to the train station was spacious and modern. It had everything we needed with a supermarket near by. Good communication from the host. Will stay here again when in Pescara.
