Apartment was completely dirty upon check in. i had to clean myself the apartment and were still charged 75$ cleaning fee

You knew I was arriving late. The code of my room was wrong and for me calling was not a choice but a need . On the other hand very bad indications about where the door was in a neighbourhood not very welcoming during nights . Definitely a bad experience and very poor management.

Easy access to some local restaurants and cafes.

The show head fell when I took bath. It was stuck to the wall. Maybe think about a better way to place it.

Very clean and cozy place in the city center of San Diego. It has all the amenities including washing machine and dryer. The staff was very friendly. One among the best places we have ever stayed.

As the rest of the San Diego city center, there are many homeless people in the streets around. This is not per se dangerous and not a direct problem of the accomodation, but if I want to be an honest reviewer I think I should mention this. Locals told me that the situation has improved since this year though.

Our stay here was really great. The house is big enough, very clean and has everything you need. It has a nice XL size bed. Everything is within walking distance: gaslamp quarter, convention center, Balboa Park. Bus stop is around the corner and the metro lines are also within walking distance. The landlord is very nice and responded immediately to our questions.

it’s beautiful inside and such a cute spot! We appreciated the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There were also ice cubes and extra paper towels which was nice. The pamphlet listed w instructions was also helpful.

good location in terms of being close to hotspots in gaslamp, but the location is difficult to order ubers to and from due to one-way roads. Walls are thin and you can easily hear noise outside since there’s a bus stop where lots of homeless chill. Upon arrival, there was also water on the floor from rain leaking through the drywall. I’m sure this doesn’t happen regularly of course, but it wasn’t ideal to have to first walk in and start cleaning.
