MYMYThe host was very helpful. They gave instructions and guidelines. Easy to communicate.
When we arrived the person that was supposed to give us the key was nice and helpful. However, there’s a lady with him and she was super rude. Screaming at my mom. We told the host that we wanted to check-in a little bit earlier and they said okay. But when we arrived, we had to wait for almost 45 minutes to get our airbnb ready. Im with my mother who’s having a hard time standing because of her knees. Im also with my kids. I need to hold my baby who’s sleeping for 45 minutes outside of the door until they’re done with the cleaning. Went inside the house and it smells so bad. The floor is wet. And i assumed the bad odour came from the wet mop they used. Other than that, that night when we getting ready to sleep we noticed that the blanket and futon beds smells foul (urine) kind of smells. Very disappointed. It’s definitely not a cheap one, and we were looking forward to it. I hope they can improve more on the cleanliness and punctuality.

MYMYSpacious. Clean. Comfortable. The house got all the cookware, microwave, drinking water and oven.
The view was blocked by other building.
MYThe stay was amazing with comfortable space..perfect for 7 pax.we even able to cook and had a very good stay in the unit
Next time do provide dishwashing liquid as we are using the utensils but unable to clean properly. The sponge given was in very bad condition.
