Master bedroom sink tap broke. One of the ceiling light in dining area flickers.

SGThe price is good. The condition is pleasant to the eye. The tv program options are excellent. The master bedroom is of good size allowing for 2 additional futons. The property manager was very responsive and quick to rectify whatever the problem we face.
1. The cove lights in master room, 1 of the other bedrooms and living room blink. 2. 1 of the spare bedsheets have a dark old blood stain size of 20 cent 3. The latch to 2nd bathroom window was broken hence can’t close it well leaving a 4cm gap, so the cold air escaping is making showering unpleasant. 4. Water preassure in the master shower weak as water was leaking out from the hose. 5. The security latch at the main door is broken.

This is a condo unit managed by a hotel management. Booked the shuttle service to go back to first world hotel to go back SG but the front desk booked the wrong date. I have to scramble to get a grab car. Hard to get a grab car, night time is almost zero chance. Takes about 10 mins drive to go to and fro first world hotel.
