The swimming pool was awesome

Everything was perfect

Ocean view.

They are robbers. They took me to a room I did not book which was more expensive. Then they switched it and did not provide tissue even when I asked. They laughed at me and send me insulting emojis. They wanted to take my USD dollars and also wanted Kenya shillings .. so double payment. They wanted to take me to the bank. They wanted me to spend four days not 7 cause they said I did not say them enough. My nephew who is Kenyan had to come there and talk with them.

Location was good

Noisy, environment. No hot water.

1. Location is okay 2. Rooms are spacious and 3. Bed is comfortable

What pissed me off 1. Hidden extra charges 2. Rooms very dusty and dirty. The carpets and washroom horrible 3. Room service done once for the 5days I stayed there. 4. The caretaker is very arrogant 5. Customer is supposed to pay for his room electricity and other utilities like tissue and toilet soap 6. Beddings changes once in 5 days . 7. At H2O apartment there was very dirty and smelly water at the kitchen veranda. And nobody cared even after reporting 8. I was denied wifi password 😒 🥲
