The best thing about this hotel is its location. The hotel is right by the sea beach and the full expanse of the sea is visible from the room and the balcony. Staff behaviour is very good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is okay, nothing special, but not too costly. You can get some local sea fish varieties, but limited varieties only, which you would get in Kolkata as well. Only thing I didn’t like is the booking and billing process. While booking it said no prepayment needed. Once booking was confirmed, they sent a mail to make 50% payment or they will have to cancel the booking. I was already driving, and had to stopover to make an advance payment. During billing they charged 150/= for using the swimming pool, although we did not use it. While they corrected the bill without any altercation, such mistakes are uncalled for and the visitor may miss in a hurry. Room rent is a bit on the higher side.

Choice of Foods, in the menu card there are plenty of names. But only a few and decent menu is always available

Location was just classs. Staff behavior is very good. Very neat and clean. Stairs and lift both available.

Literally there nothing u can find negative about the hotel.

Behaviour of the reception staff is very rude. They know only money, they even charge me for using the swimming pool, although it was included in the booking... Their argument is that pool view is free but swimming in the pool is chargeable!!! Hahaha!!!
