The staff responded quickly and gave us a partial refund.

Our stay was an absolute nightmare. From the moment we entered, the entire building had a terrible, strong smell. While the room looked modern, it felt fundamentally unclean. We discovered the bed sheets were visibly stained, and the mattress had significant stains, possibly blood. We had to wash the sheets ourselves. The situation became genuinely traumatic on our final night. We found four cockroaches in the hall, and upon investigating, we discovered a nest behind the refrigerator. They kept emerging continuously. We were forced to kill over 30 cockroaches in the room within a few hours. Since it was late, we had no choice but to sleep in the infested room.This was the worst and most traumatic experience of my life. The level of infestation and filth is unacceptable. DO NOT STAY HERE

Il personale gentile che alla nostra fuga per le condizioni igieniche pessime ci ha almeno rimborsato le notti non utilizzate.

La struttura era totalmente sporca, con sporco nel bagno, negli angoli della stanza e polvere dappertutto. I muri pieni di ragnatele e anche l’intero palazzo puzzava ed era ridotto molto male. Quando la seconda sera ho visto passare degli scarafaggi che andavano dietro la cucina ho rifatto le valigie e insieme alla mia famiglia siamo scappati in un altro hotel.
