FRA perfect room for my needs, with a great ensuite bathroom and kitchen facilities. I would definitely return for another stay.

GBProperty didn't include breakfast, but it was a lovely thought that our host left some essentials like milk & a box of cereal, tea & coffee efc. Sharon, our host, did meet us on arrival to ensure the heating was timed suitably for us and although the room was compact, it was nicely heated & facilities really good & kitted out well. Shower was brilliant.
I would only add a tiny fact that I personally found a slight problem, as an older, less fit person, was that the bed was slightly too close to the wall for access (not wanting to clamber over a sleeping husband). The bed was very comfortable though & bedding more than adequate if it turned a bit chilly.

Was a little too cosy , room space was a little tight and no wardrobe
GBThe room was cosy, clean and tidy. The location is near to the train station and a short walk from shops and the sea. The room had everything that a solo traveler would need- but it’s would also suit a couple. Sharon the proprietor was friendly and efficient; she answered all my questions and showers me where to find the nearby shops.
